Do I have to pay sales tax?
  You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse which is in California.

When will my credit appear on my account?
  Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s). Pink Works is a part of Emblemworks LLC. Therefore, "Emblemworks" will appear on your credit card statement.

Shipping Information

Most orders will be processed and shipped from our Los Angeles warehouse within 1-2 Business Days. We will send you an email confirmation at the time of shipment. The average delivery time for domestic ground shipping is 1-2 weeks.

GROUND SHIPPING - Our ground shipping options (USPS, Fedex Ground and Fedex Home Delivery) typically take 2-7 business days based on how far you are away from Los Angeles. Please make sure to allow 1-2 Business Days order processing time. If you order is time sensitive, you may want to select the Fedex expedited shipping option or email us to discuss options.

FREE SHIPPING - We offer free ground shipping up to 50 lbs for domestic orders totaling over $250. An additional fee of $6.00 will apply for each pound over 50. Please allow 2-4 Business Days for order processing and up to 7 Business Days for domestic transit time.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING - Fedex’s expedited shipping (Express Saver, 2 Day Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight) are not guaranteed if conditions exist beyond Fedex's control, such as bad weather and airport closings. Please note that air transit times include only Business Days and do not include weekends or holidays or the date that you placed the order. Also when selecting the Fedex expedited shipping please account for the 1-2 Business Days order processing time. If your order is time sensitive, we recommend emailing us first at customerservice@thinkpinkribbon.com to determine the most appropriate ship method.Fedex expedited shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes or APO boxes.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - For international orders we typically ship via Fedex. Packages typically arrive within 2 to 4 weeks of shipping date, depending on Customs handling. As the purchaser you are considered the "importer" in your country and are responsible for any taxes/duties that your country may charge.

Order Cancellation and Changes Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once the checkout process has been completed, an order number issued, and shipment begins. However, orders that cannot be canceled may qualify for our Return & Exchanges Policy. If a customer requests an order cancellation after the shipping process begins, refuses delivery of a shipped package, or provides a non-deliverable shipping address, the shipping/handling fees will be non-refundable and shall be deducted from any credit or compensation issued. The customer will be charged for both outbound and return-shipping charges associated with that order. If you need to make a change to your order, please try to notify us within 2 hours . Once an order has entered the shipping process, we cannot modify or cancel it.


How do I return an item?

We trust that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase, however if you need to return an item, you may return it for refund or replacement within 30 days of the purchase date. Please be aware that returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking charge. Items that are marked “All Sales Final” are not eligible for returns. The item you are returning or exchanging must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed and unworn! If you need to return an item because it is defective we will gladly exchange the item for another. If you receive your order with damaged or missing items, you must contact us within three days of receipt. Please also keep all original packaging from your order. This may be needed to file an insurance claim. To initiate a return or exchange, please request an authorization number by emailing our customer service staff at: customerservice@ThinkPinkRibbon.com. We cannot accept returns of items that do not have their original packing slip(s). Please contact us at customerservice@ThinkPinkRibbon.com if you do not have your original packing slip.

Ship the return to: Pink Works, Attn: Returns, c/o Emblemworks LLC, 214 Main St., Suite 408, Los Angeles, CA 90245. For your protection, we suggest using a shipping service that provides delivery confirmation, and that you insure the package for the value of the item(s) enclosed. The original shipping/handling charges (including customs/broker fees & tariffs for international shipments) are non-refundable. Please allow up to two weeks for processing.

  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?

My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

How do I create an account?

How much is my shipping?

I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

When will my order ship?

You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

How do I navigate the site?
  To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top, left & bottom of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. How do I use a coupon?
